Cooling short and cooling T-shirt

Instructions

1. Put the cool pack in the freezer and leave it there for 2 to 24 hours. The required time depends on your freezer model and size.

2. Wear the Icinger Power shorts/T-shirt.

3. Insert the desired number of cool packs in the pockets. It is important to use a suitable number of cool packs in order to cool enough. Otherwise the session will not be effective. If you do not know how many packs you should use, start slowly. Add more packs if you feel at ease. Put the cool packs on the areas where you want to lose fat, but also on some other areas that will help you to increase the intensity of cooling.

4. Start the session ! The period of each session that we recommend is between 25 minutes to 1 hour. In the meantime, you can do other activities except physical ones. For instance you can use your computer, read a book, watch TV, talk to people.

Tips

  • Use our cooling products in a room which is not overheated. The effectiveness of our products decreases when it is used in a room with a temperature greater than 21 degrees. If you are very resistant to cold the threshold may even be 18 to 19 degrees,
  • Choose a size so it is as tight as possible. This is in order to ensure the contact with the cool packs. It is very important to use the right size.
  • It may happen that some pockets contain residual sewing threads. Cut them out with scissors.
  • Use a suitable number of cool packs in order to cool enough..
  • When a cool packs is strongly cooled, handle it carefully because it becomes temporary weakened..
  • To increase the intensity , you can :
    • Lower the room temperature.
    • Put more cool packs, even in the areas where you do not want to lose fat.
    • Put a couple of cool packs in each pocket (except those with an arc shape).
  • To lower the intensity, you can :
    • Reduce the number of cool packs used.
    • Remove the cool packs from the freezer several minutes before using them.
    • Wear some light clothes to separate the cool pack and your skin.
  • Insert carefully the cool packs to prevent any damage to the pockets.
  • Avoid piling up too much the cool packs. They are not suppose to support high charges and they could become leaked. They should never get stuck to other objects.
  • Freeze the cool packs long enough. It depends on your freezer power and size. 2 to 24 hours are required.
  • Do not apply cool packs directly after eating, wait until you finished digesting.
  • Do not be very active during a session. The main goal is to cool down.
  • Do not wear clothes (except underwear) under the Icinger Power short and T-shirt, unless you want to reduce the intensity. Otherwise, you will not feel the cold.
